The duration is determined by environmental conditions, such as temperature , humidity as well as whether balloons are exposed to direct sunlight , also whether balloons are filled with helium or air . Air-filled balloons can last for days , even weeks , given the right circumstances
We service Johannesburg and surrounding areas within a 50km radius
Yes , we deliver at a fee for all events that fall within our service areas, and we will setup your balloon decor at the specified location.
We understand that sometimes changes are desired closer to the event date and we may be able to make certain changes , however there maybe additional charges applied
We require a 50% deposit in order to book a reservation. The balance is due the week of the event , however needs to reflect in the nominated account prior to your event date.
We know that life happens and does not always go the way we plan. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance , a new party date will be offered. this date must be within one(1) month of the original date booked . If the client cannot agree upon a new party date, the 50% deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited.
