We require at least 2 week’s notice to book your event. All our bookings are subject to date availability.
Quotations are valid for 7 calendar days only from the date of the quotation. Should you require any additions or changes to the quote provided, Posh-par-tz has the right to revise the quote accordingly. In the case that any invoice provided by Posh-par-tz has received payment by deposit or in full, this shall mean that all the terms and conditions have been accepted fully by you, our client.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, upon acceptance of the quotation, and the remaining 50% due three (3) days prior to your event. This payment must reflect in the nominated bank account stated on the invoice. If full payment is not received prior to your event setup, Posh-par-tz reserves the right to withhold the delivery and setup of your event. Please ensure that the proof of payment is sent to the relevant email address or contact number.
All equipment and decor provided in terms of this quotation is for hire only and will always remain the property of Posh-par-tz, unless otherwise specified clearly and accepted by both parties in writing. If any added extras have been purchased, Posh-par-tz accepts no liability whatsoever for loss or damage to purchased items.
Furthermore, Posh-par-tz under no circumstances accepts liability for any loss or injury which results in the client’s negligence from use or misuse of the equipment and services provided Posh-par-tz, its staff or any of its representatives.
Although we strive to give you the perfect colour that you require, balloon shades may vary from pictures. Furthermore, weather conditions for e.g. extreme heat may affect the shape of the balloons. They may also pop and oxidation may occur in direct sunlight. Posh-par-tz are not responsible for the balloons once we leave the venue.
On the day of setup, it is the responsibility of the client to make sure that the area where the setup is to be done is prepared and clean and all furniture is removed. Posh-par-tz takes no responsibility in moving or cleaning of the area where the equipment or setup is needed. A time for setup is arranged beforehand, so please ensure that the area is ready by that time. Collection of equipment is done by latest 18h00 unless prior arrangements are communicated.
If any damage to our equipment or decor occurs in your care, you will be held responsible/ liable to pay for the damage/s. Any damage or loss of hired material whilst in the possession of the client will be charged for at the full replacement value.
The following is strictly prohibited:
No glue, paint or any kind of product that can damage or potentially damage the equipment will be permitted on the equipment.
In the event of cancellation by either management of Posh-par-tz or the client due to unforeseen circumstances, a new party date will be offered. This date must be within one (1) month of the original date booked. If the client cannot agree upon a new party date, the non-refundable 50% deposit will be forfeited.
Posh-par-tz rights’ are strictly reserved and can institute action against you should the need arise.
